What is the Philadelphia Wedding Walk?
The Philadelphia Wedding Walk is a self-guided, one-day wedding planning experience that takes attendees through ten of the city’s most sought-after venues. Produced by Cypress and Salt Events, the concept is simple but impactful: instead of touring venues across multiple weekends, couples can experience everything in one afternoon—food, drinks, entertainment, florals, and vendors.
Tickets were priced accessibly at $35 for general admission and $45 for VIP, which included early entry, brunch at Fitler Club, exclusive raffles, and curated extras. Considering the scope of the experience, the value was undeniable—especially for couples looking to balance budget with quality.
The theme, “The Second Best Day Ever,” says it all. Because the best day, of course, is your wedding.
How it Worked
Guests could check in at any participating venue starting at noon and explore at their own pace. From 12:30 to 5:00 p.m., looped shuttle routes connected all locations, making navigation seamless. Color-coded routes ensured accessibility across Center City and Fishtown, with a connector route bridging both.
Participating venues included Fitler Club, PAFA, W Philadelphia, Liberty View, City Winery, The Notary Hotel, Vaux Studio, Lilah, Philadelphia Distilling Company, and Moshulu. Eight planning partners and a wide range of sponsors—from Anthropologie Weddings to Blue Coat American Dry Gin—brought each space to life.

Philadelphia Wedding Walk 2026

We visited Fitler Club, PAFA, W Philadelphia, Liberty View, and ended at City Winery.
Fitler Club set the tone with an elevated yet intimate atmosphere. Deep rosé and purple tablescapes paired with live music from Elegance Quartet created a refined energy. A matcha station by Blue Coat Gin and sushi offerings added a fresh, unexpected twist.
PAFA was visually striking, blending art and design seamlessly. Bold florals, marble linens, and creative details like papaya centerpieces made the space feel like a living gallery. The food—especially the black sesame cake—stood out, and a saxophonist layered over a live DJ added sophistication.
W Philadelphia delivered high-impact moments across multiple floors, including a rooftop. A champagne float greeted guests, while a live sketch artist created custom fashion illustrations in real time. The color story leaned into pinks and greens, paired with a strong food and beverage selection.
Liberty View offered a more architectural and vendor-rich experience. With florals, rentals, beauty, and interactive elements like live engraving, it provided a full-picture view of what a wedding day could become.
Across every venue, one thing remained consistent: no guest felt like they were missing out. Each stop offered a complete, immersive experience—from tastings to entertainment to unexpected activations like caviar service and fragrance bars.
Our Experience- Five Venues

The event concluded at City Winery with a high-energy after party included in the ticket price. The Bachelor Boys Band performed live while guests enjoyed drinks and participated in raffles designed to ease wedding planning costs. One standout moment came when the crowd surprised a planning partner with a birthday celebration—an authentic, heartfelt pause in an otherwise highly produced event. It spoke volumes about the community behind the Wedding Walk.
